Thanks so much for that, I actually called up Centrelink today and immigration and low and behold you wont be asked for an AoS under the PMV,, I checked and double checked and was told over and over that it is not necessary as you are not yet married. As for him coming out on a holiday visa, would you only be able to apply for a e visa after the flight was booked, because simply if you could see there would be :no further stay" then you would book a one way. Ah!! but that would alert them as the intent i guess to stay. Am i on the right track??
