You find a lot of 'international schools' in SE Asia. That usually means they are English-medium schools. Most of them are for the elite. Thaksin went to one in Chiang Mai. Some, though, cater to foreign students. So you'll find international English-medium schools in Thailand that are full of Japanes and Korean students.
