If you're saying Lordh that your degree course was taught in english for at least 2 years or you have done 2 years of alternately approved study with it being taught in english and have a document verifying it, you'll meet the functional level via item 2.

If not, then under the regulations you'll not meet the functional requirement unless you do an IELTS course to get a score of 4.5.
