my husband applied for 475 skilled regional relative sponsored visa in oct 2011, when Chemist was there in SOL . He was allocated to CO in apr 2012 and requested for some docs as well as medicals and PCC. He submitted all the docs. Again CO asked for further docs time to time till july 2012. His last submission was in AUG 2012 i.e. with in the time scale that CO requested.
From july 2012, chemist occupation was removed from the new SOL. But, he launched his application in OCT 2011. CO is not contacted yet, after submission of docs in aug 2012. please clarify me whether his application is acceptable or not? which priority group would he comes under?
