Melbourne is rated highly as is RMIT though it started life as Melbourne Workingmans College, became Royal Institute of Technology more for industry certificates and diplomas and then as with a lot of similar colleges it became a University through educational services restructuring.
Probably nothing wrong with Queensland Uni nor Sydney or University of NSW, but if you search on their web sites you might be able to get a comparison of masters course work or if you have a particular field you want to do it in, see if one is more slanted towards your intent.
A one time traveller acquaintance from Vietnam was I think attached to Adelaide University and had actually visited Vietnam as part of his masters research, so Adelaide could be another option.
