Australia Forum - May I find out what is the rental like for a 2 bedroom apartment in Sydney Suburban?

Hi all

What could be the reasonable price for a 2 bedroom apartment in Ryde or anywhere near to Macquarie University?

There are a number of realestate sites, www.domain.com.au being one that springs to mind, and you could search on there.

It could even be not so much what you will pay somewhere but getting one somewhere at all, quite possibly further away from your desired area, for of late there have been media coverages of it being a tight market for renters and stories of hundreds of people doing rental property inspections and in some cases higher rental offers being made, a bit of a tendering situation in fact.

So do your searching, look and get in where you can quick.

Thank you. As we are waiting for the accpetance letter and also going for the medical checkup and visa application, we could not be there to source for the apartment.
