Welcome to the forum lillytree, and there's a couple of issues that you need to address in the first instance, either one being a possible restriction for you and what I'd do first in your situation is shoot of email enquiries for that costs nought.
[[
Visas & Immigration gives you an indication of what ways you can apply to immigrate and for most people it is going to mean via skills as you have already inferred for yourself, there now being a
Viza Wizard facility to help you explore options, but you might as well jump to
the workers page -
Workers - Visas & Immigration and you'll see at the top choice for
employer sponsorship or
professional and other skilled migrants
Before we move onto the following options, you ought to find out about the
classification for relexology and page 6 -
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1121i.pdf has natural and physical science professionals (nec - not elsewhere classified) and also naturopaths listed, VETASSESS being the qualifications assessing authority and you'll find contact details at end of occupations listings.
So that's one email/enquiry and without a positive assessment, you will struggle and still may on the total points required,
and thus then you would have to see whether any state governments have your category listed for nomination or look to find an employer sponsor - next possible stage,
ie.
Going to either
employer sponsorship or
professional and other skilled migrants you'll find more options, the employer sponsorship taking most people via temporary visas to the 457 visa (there being a path to permanency) and that is a path chosen by many if they have found it not possible to get sufficient points under
professional and other skilled migrants.
There are general eligibility requirements such as age, english language ability and skills for both, those requirements having a points allocation for
professional and other skilled migrants.
you can check here -http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/175/eligibility-applicant.htm
The eligibility table
health link takes you eventually to
Health Requirements for Visa Applicants and then
http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1071i.pdf gets more specific re medical examination for immigrants.
So for a second enquiry you can email re pre-lodgement advice using this form -
General Skilled Migration Pre-Lodgement Enquiry Form and if not getting much sense in way of feedback, ie. a non medical person claiming the fifth ammendment or whatever in not being able to advise on medical matters, it may be that contact with a medical examiner on the immigration department list - their panel doctors could reveal further info re cf -
Contact Us
If you do find that you need to speak to a panel doctor I would first of all make contact and in explaining you're at the preliminary stage of sorting options ask if they do in fact offer advice on what the immigration department ruling would be - I'd expect they will have some experience in that regard and it may even save you the cost of getting an examination and also pursuing your qualifications category. ]]
So, maybe:
1. email to immi - you can email re pre-lodgement advice using this form -
General Skilled Migration Pre-Lodgement Enquiry Form and if not getting much sense in way of feedback, ie. a non medical person claiming the fifth ammendment or whatever in not being able to advise on medical matters, it may be that contact with a medical examiner on the immigration department list - their panel doctors could reveal further info re cf -

2. talk to a panel doctor if need be
is way to go
As to costs, there'll be costs for qualifications assessment (a few hundred dollars) , medicals, possibly police check and then the visa application fee itself (varies dependant on visa and a link in each visa category under "about this visa", but ultimately for
PR, a bit over $2100 at moment) as basic costs and then some budgeting to be done re flights(~$1000-1500/p), initial accomodation ($100+/n), living ($50-100/d), health insurance (??), etc. all that kind of stuff.
Renting availability varies from city to city, Sydney and Perth both being renowned for competiveness when it comes to getting rentals.
As for work, no idea on demand for relexology and some googling/other enquiries -
relexology - Google Search is probably the start of a research task - is it the kind of thing you find in UK that asians/indians go for along with acupuncture etc?.
