I did the PMV and Partner Visas by myself recently, but also did a UK to Aus PR many years ago myself, with no Agent. However, with many years form filling experience etc., I felt able to do it myself, but often wondered if I should have used an agent to remove some of the Stress. Of which there is plenty.

If I hadn't had the experience that I had, and felt 'lost' in the process, I do feel I would have used one of the registered Migration Agents that offer some help on this forum.

Noni,

We all have them feelings at some stage, my advice take your time to read different threads here and ask questions that you are unsure of. Its a lot of paper work, but do it in stages, step by step and you will get there . We have never used an agent, yes it takes time to read learn and understand, but its worth it in the end. Cheers and good luck.

Thank you, so nice of you to respond!
We have decided to consider using an agent, but only to work out the points system properly as we will learn and plough through slowly as you say Marymar.
I have experience of form filling JandE but will build up to it.
Thanks again
