Change of Case Officer

Hi,
I have been assigned a case officer a month before and asked me to submit my medicals. I did submit the medicals and had to wait for 2 weeks for the response from DIAC, After 2 weeks when i followed up the case, i was informed that the case officer is no more with my application but the descision would come soon. The wait is still not over its been a month and half now. What should i do?
Thanks

What visa have you applied for? DIAC handles thousands of applications, so although it's frustrating, you should understand that you are not alone and that things take time.

Give it a little longer. But, if it's really bugging you, contact them again and nicely ask if there has been any changes in the processing of your visa.

I called them today, and they said its all because of shuffling of the officers. But as of now no case officer is assigned for me.
I applied for 885.
