My partner and I submitted our 820 Partner application about 8 months ago. We paid for it in full, attached all the required documents, and it was pending...
I went back in this week to check on it / add more information. The status has reset to "incomplete" and I am unable to progress beyond the 4th screen because this error message comes up "An error has occurred The applicant is unable to continue this application as the related application details cannot be confirmed. The applicant may wish to review the information entered in this application prior to continuing."
I am currently freaking out. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know how to address it?
