Post Is it a fact that IELTS score required for university tutor is more then six now

Dear Sir
I am really very much confused about the IELTS Scores required for State Nomination Programme. Lastly some states have listed their additional requirement for IELTS in certain occupations in CSOL and same is the case with University Lecturer. Please make me clear whether NSW ,SA,NT,NEW south australia have also demand so for UNIVERSITY lecturer occupation(242111). Please make it clear specifically regarding in each module or overall.
Thanks
Neeraj
