Chat records for PMV visa

Hi,

Just curious what amount of chat correspondences is deemed appropriate for evidence submission. I have a pdf with hundreds of pages for the past 2 years. Obviously that is overkill, but wondering what is the preferred amount and technique to give a sample of these.

From what I've read/seen around here it seems pretty typical for people to condense, say 5-10 pages of texts or call record total over the relevant period.

With texts you can do a few on the same page. You want to show consistency, and have everything available if asked for. I think most people who submit them typically include a cover letter stating

'hey, here are is a sample of our communication record *something about your sampling method*. As you can see, we typically talked once a day. If you would like to see more, please let me know and I would be happy to provide a full record'

I had 6000 pages split into 3 pdfs and compressed. I dumped the lot onto the online app so DIBP could see we was not 'faking' anything and that we was sometimes in contact several different times a day occasionally for hour at a time.

Had a good outcome so its up to you TGNY.
