this probably means that whether there is any changes to your relationship, e.g. from de facto to married, new baby, divorced etc.

We married before applying for the temporary visa, we have no kids yet. Could it also mean to provide evidence if marriage is genuine?

Hi Chanti22
you need to provide them all of you and your partner cohabitation evidences such as bills, joint assets evidences, joint bank statement etc... since the day you got your temporary visa. those evidences document are very important to support your genuine relationship.
good luck and all the best with your application

I think the checklist didn't really point out all the evidences you need. DIAC made it look like its very easy for 2nd stage but don't let your guard down! You need to do as much as you did for the temporary visa! Gather as much as you can to show your genuine on going relationship since the day you lodged your 309 or 820 (don't know which one you have). Don't leave any gap for DIAC to question your relationship or to delay your application. Do the best that you can and be well prepared. Good luck!
