Not sure which embassy you're applying from, Ravuth, or if you're applying onshore, but almost everywhere requires Form 80 these days.

Check with the embassy you're applying through to make sure you include everything in your application that they require, but the basics are the forms you listed (40sp, 47sp, 888, 80).

Ok, thank you for your help.

i will include form 80 with 40sp, 47sp and 888.

I think form 80 for character assessment.

One more thing, if I have to include form 80 and then the embassy don't need it. Is there a problem??

please explain?

They are going to need it. There would be no problem if you included it and they didn't need it, but if they need it and you don't include it, it will delay your application.

And they're going to need it. It's pretty much just the US and the UK where they sometimes don't ask for it.
