Help on putting information on the tourist visa

Hi there im planning to re apply for a tourist visa and im planning to get this kind of scenario:

granted July 12, 2010 must not arrive after July 12, 2011 - multiple entry

Holders permitted to remain in Australia for 3 months from date of arrival

- Im planning to put this on the application:

Date of file : Im planning to file my application on July 05, 2010 so they can grant the visa around July 12, 2010.

When do you wish to visit australia - Sept 15 to Oct 15, 2010

How long do you wish to stay in australia - up to 12 months

do you intend to enter australia on more than one occasions - yes - dec 24 , 2010to jan 04, 2011

Do you think if i submit this information the IMMI will grant me just like in the sample scenario. Please help me coz i dont want them to deny my application again.

Seeing as they have already rejected your first application for 12 months, I do not know that it is such a great idea to suggest you want to stay for 12 months or otherwise another rejection may just occur.
