Hi

I've applied for Australia Visa under Skilled Immigration during August 2nd week and now i see the status as "With assessor" as well there is a message stating that "Please allow up to 10 days if living in Australia or 21 days for overseas for your result letter to arrive."

- Does it mean that i shall expect my result in the stipulated time (10 to 21 days)

- Is there any chance for delay from this state?

Thanks

Status information available online is very standard in nature as it is also when standard emails are sent out that may show something as outstanding or required.
That type of infornation is for general advice only and in regard to processing and suppl of any additional information you only should take note of direct advice from a Case Officer.
Do not expect a visa application result within 10 - 21 days for depending on the visa you have applied for it could be between 10 - 21 months or shorter/longer.
You could us as a guide, data on Client Service Charter but note advice re variations.

The 10-21 days is possibly a reference to an initial standard letter/email being sent that will show a status of documentation, ie. as above:
when standard emails are sent out they may show something as outstanding or required.
That type of infornation is for general advice only and in regard to processing and supply of any additional information you only should take note of direct requests from a Case Officer when supplying additional information.
