Restaurant & Bar Manager - which visa

Hi everyone,
I am currently working as Restaurant & Bar Manager in New Zealand. Since I do not have permanent residency, I have a work visa, which was approved due to the Restaurant & Bar Manager position being on the Immediate Skill Shortage List. (ANZSCO 141111)
I always thought that the skill shortage list for Australia and NZ would be the same, however, it seems that I was wrong in that. Does anybody know if the Restaurant Manager position is on the skill shortage list of Australia as well? I can only find Hotel and Motel Manager. Does this fall under the same category, or is this just for actual General Managers of Hotels?
I have 10 years experience in hospitality, a diploma from an European hotel management school. If I have a job offer as Food and Beverage Manager from a 5* hotel (internat. chain) in Sydney, under which visa category do I need to apply? Is there something like an accredited employer list?
I hope somebody can bring some light into my dark. I went through various immigration sites, but somehow I always come up with a different answer. As I have mentioned, I thought the immigration would be similar to NZ, but it looks like I was wrong.

Thanks,
Mr Hotel

Australia and NZ are two different countries and with different Immigration processes.
You can only check the SOL lists which they have revised in recent times.
The list for Employer sponsored visas which you will find under the 457 eligibility re nomination

Hello, we are a registered migration agent in Sydney, we provide specialised services in the 457 visa category and would be able to assist you with your application if you wished. Firstly Café and Restaurant manager is on the skills list and is suitable for a 457 visa application. I am on : 0280 144212 if you wish to contact me and discuss this further.
