HI ALL
I have got a job as a chef in regional australia and my visa is expiring in 15 days i only have 15 days to apply for RSMS .. can i stay in australia after that i have already started the job and how long does is take for the approval ...?????

What visa are you on at the moment and if it allows you to apply for another onshore visa and you get your application in you should get a bridging visa.

ps. putting this in the Visas and Immigration section would have got a quicker reply and that's where I have moved it to.
