Re: Employment Reference Letter

I have another concern regarding the specific work experience/recent work experience evidence, which is in a form of an Employment Reference Letter where the following should be present:
Certified copies of your work references for any positions held during the relevant period. Your work experience references must meet the following requirements:
1. the reference should show the official letterhead of the company or government department providing the reference
the letterhead should indicate clearly the full address of the company and any telephone, fax numbers, email and website addresses
2. the name and position of the person authorised to sign the employment reference should be typed or stamped below that person's signature
the direct contact number of the person writing the reference should be included in the letter
3. the letter should indicate the exact period of employment, including whether permanent or temporary, full or part time, position/s held, the main five (5) duties undertaken, and the salary earned positions should not be described by generic titles (for example, research officer) but according to the nature of the duties undertaken (for example, research chemist)

I am more concerned about the 3rd requirement, specifically the five main duties undertaken, what if the duties stated in the letter is very general and not seem to fit to the nominated occupation, which is Insurance broker, although my job is a customer service officer and sales consultant in an insurance company and the nature of job is very relevant to my nominated occupation. So, what would be the implication of this? However, I have several documents, like my certificate of completion of training as a qualified insurance consultant, award certificates, company id and others.... I just want to know if this will affect my application.
