Not sure with onshore partner visa....but.....you may be able to include her as a dependant? (difficult).....Is the other daughter in Cambodia still dependant on the mother?

You and your new wife will not be able to sponsor for a few years while the PR visa is processed.

Can the other daughter in Perth sponsor her to Australia...?
If so, there is strong compassionate grounds with her being a recent widow.

I think it will still be a task, with no short cuts, but you will have some options

Good luck.
The other daughter in cambodia is married my fiance was the last child living with the parents.

If the sister in Perth sponsors her over Australia, will the strong compassionate ground make it a special situation and possibly speed things up? or will it still be a 13 year wait?

We just dont feel comfortable leaving her alone in the house by herself since the passing of her husband recently.
