Urgent Bridging visa B advice
Hi guys, my partner who is awaiting processing of her 820 partner visa has received some bad news from the UK.
Her mum has been told she has incurable lung cancer and my partner would like to visit her before she passes away.
At this stage we don't know when that will be.
I spoke to someone in immigration this morning but she seemed fairly clueless and she told me we need a letter from my partners doctor explaining her illness. That would be the supporting document we'd need to be granted the partner visa.
Is this correct? And how do we manage flights, book knowing the visa will be granted or not book until it is?
