What you do for Germany is up to the German authorities but if you leave Australia you'll break the BVA and I'd imagine your chance of the protection visa will be somewhat diminished.
yes i knw that its for short term . and for germany i need visa for 10 days.
for BVB i just need to provide them the invitation letter then i can get BVB.
as its the requirement from German Embassy they need vaild re entry permit for australia.
but just want to confirm BVB is enough to get the visa from German Embassy Australia.
I'm currently in the same situation as you ( i need to travel to europe for work, but currently held by bridging visa restriction), I will be very helpful if I can know on the outcomes of your application? thank for very much for your help
There is no issue with you applying for a European schengen visa while your application for AU is in process. just remember you cant leave and come back to AU on a BVA, you would need to apply for a BVB in order to travel for up to 3 months.
