My guess is also you will have enough time. I don't know what the issues are and it isn't my business, but don't forget marriages also take work and have issues - together and individually. If you imagine the absolute "worst case" scenario and the visa gets granted NOW - 8, 9 months down the line can you imagine the issue being still so big and heavy it wouldn't fit into a marriage?
