New member cant post

I have a friend who is a new member here who cant seem to post...she signed up about four days ago and still cant post any ideas? Her username is Josie12

Her account permissions look perfectly fine to me. Is she able to post in the introduction section? If not, what sort of error message does she see?

Thanks Kay I will check with her today she was saying she couldn't type or see a message box anywhere perhaps she's not familiar with the way the forum works

Barradave perhaps you should create your own thread... more chance of someone seeing it. I'm not sure if new members are moderated... there is a minimum post to be able to private message... I'm not sure if this also applies to new posts... you could give it a go by posting about 6 times in different places... if that doesn't work maybe wait 24 hours and come back and see if it works then... hopefully a moderator will see your question.

Hey there

Tech works on tickets on a first in, first out basis. I see tech has responded to the initial request Kevin sent. We're now just waiting to hear back from them. Not knowing what is causing the issue, we can't give you any estimate of how quickly it would be resolved.

I do see that you posted your question again in another thread, so it is being seen. Someone from there may have your answer.
