Hi me and my family are wanting to move to Sydney and was want to no if there is a national Health insurance or do we need to get privet insurance we are from Scotland I'm a joiner and my wife is training to be a paramedic don't no wot the job situation is out there hope it is ok if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated thanks

What type of visa are you on? There is a universal Medicare system (similar to NHS) but it is only for citizens and limited visa classes.
If your employer is sponsoring you they usually are responsible for your health insurance.
