Time frame to grant visa after allocation of CO

Hi All,
i am processing 489 subclass for south Australia state..I have been asked to submit medical and PCC by CO on 18th November'15.i have submitted it on 7th December'15 ,within 28 days.Till then i haven't received any response from them.According to immigration rules it takes 3 months to grant visa,, This 13th January'16 it will be 3 months after i applied for visa , so i am worried about it. Any one is there facing same issues or anyone has any idea that it is going towards positive direction or not??////

Thanks and Regards.....
