Extension 28days period

Hi there .,I applied a spouse visa for my wife and I get respond from Australia immigration asked me for more photos with my wife and family and friends but unfortunately My phone broken and all photos gone I can't get them back and they've gave me 28 days to send them this photos . Now I can't go fly back to my home country to due to work commitment . .. my question can I extension 28 day period for another one month more after 28 days due ??

Please update your flag here .

You may but you need a reason. I would reject your extension request if I were your CO due to the fact that your phone is broken, another month or 2 can not bring them back.

Photos they want are not just right now, you may need to ton of them from a long time ago. Doesn't your wife have any?
