Permanent partner 100 visa processing time

Hi, We have currently received request from immigration to apply for the second stage of permanent partner Visa 309/100. Within how many days should I submit the documents. Will my application be cancelled if I apply late?

We sent ours in almost 3 months afterwards, with no issues.

801 Eligibility: 14 May 2018 - 801 Applied: 4 Aug 2018

The grant came 9.3 months after Eligibility date.

I have seen a couple of others at 4 or 5 months after, and still got the 801 grant within 9 or 10 months after eligibility.

Possibly not. It is our responsibility to give them as much information as needed for them to make a decision.

We have generally had many months, from the first stage grant to 24 months after application date, to get things ready.

It is feasible that they might remind you again, but they could just decide the visa based on whatever they have.. That could be a rejection...

Best to do it within a reasonable time... That could easily be a few months.
