Citizenship timelines

Hi All,
I joined this forum today, we stay in melbourne and just applied for our citizenship online:
date of online lodgement: 05/01/2020

wanted to ask folks who applied recently (past 6 months), what was the wait time between lodgement and the test?

From the last ones I have seen:

Application to Test, in days:
75 days. Applied: 23/08/19. Test: 06/11/19.
36 days. Applied: 09/09/19. Test: 15/10/19
112 days. Applied: 16/09/19. Test: 06/01/20
10 days. Applied: 21/10/19. Test: 31/10/19
80 days. Applied: 11/11/19. Test: 30/01/20

No 2020 thread yet.

It seems that they are processing applications to approval much faster. But at least in Melbourne, the ceremonies have not kept up with the extra people.

The time for 75% of applicants has ballooned from 3 months to 5 months on the IMMI timeline between approval and ceremony. I have been waiting 4 months and it is looking like I won't be on the list for March 18 now, so likely will be 6 months between my approval and ceremony.

Thanks CP Maverick and JandE for taking the effort to reply with good info..

Sunshine Coast Council (Qld) is apparently about a year now, and Brisbane City Council not much better from what I have heard.

Recent ceremonies for Brisbane:
Applied in May 2018 with Ceremony in Jan 2020 after 20.5 months.
Applied in Jun 2019 with Ceremony in Feb 2020 after 7.4 months.
Hopefully that means they are speeding up..

Not seen anything for Sunshine coast.
