Caught in drink and drive while work

Hi want to ask that i am currently on student visa and caught in drink and driving at work and got 1 year of license suspension. My visa will going to expire in December 2020. My question is if i have to extend or take any other studies after finishing my current course, for example i want a visa again will i get it or not.will this offence effect my visa.Please help me i am very worried cant sleep.

Very likely it will be refused as you have a criminal record. Go talk to a migration agent for professional advice.
