Dear John Glover,

What I am saying is there is sufficient resources on the official website and elsewhere for us to apply on our own. If we have queries prior to submission, we can access the resources online (from great forums like this). Where we have case officers assigned to us, we can communicate via email with them and we can get responses and answers from them.

The official website is designed in such a way it contains sufficient information to facilitate self application.
