Smile ENS 186 Visa

Dear All,

This is first time I am writing on this forum and seems lots of information shared

Here's my timeline:

ENS 186 Direct Entry DR appln via MA at Parramatta
(police checks, medicals, ACS, etc all done )

Nomination Lodged: 02 Dec 2013
Visa Application lodged: 02 Dec 2013
Acknowledgment & Bridging Visa Receipt: 02 Dec 2013

Current Status (06 March 2014) " In Progress".
I would like to know does " In Progress" means CO assigned and application under CO review?

Also received message from Immigration " Reference No. TRN XXXX : Correspondence relating to this transaction has been sent."
Is any one know what does it mean..?

Thanks in advance for your reply .

Best of Luck to ALL.

Regards
JS

I would like to advise all please do the medical and all police reports in last as some time if you are starting to applying all together and there is any issue for getting ACS OR IELTS result, then it may be possibility that till the time you will submit your application, there may be chance to expire your police report/medical.
So try to get these papers during the submission of application.. I hope you understand what I want to advise..

One more advise based on experience.... .. if you are applying for ACS, please make sure that you have got experience certificate in ACS template and providing correct info with your details work experience... and try to provide more than 06 year experience.. as this is the minimum criteria for ACS...

I would like to advise one more important point,, If you are applying via MA, please make sure that you have an agreement with MA that he/she will share his/her MARN No. as it will make sure that you are giving your application to registered agent otherwise you may will not get proper advise and loose your money and time. .. Be careful ... ALL the Best!!!

One more advise but not last..... If you are applying for PR and your spouse/additional family member did not complete one year in Australia but may complete in 3-4 month after submitting application then on that case also try to get an AFP clearance (Only applicable for more than 18 year) for your additional members... as it may possible that till the time your application assigned to CO and your additional family member will be in Australia more than one year, then CO may request for AFP clearance... If you have it ready then it will save your time...
