study course after M.B.A

Helo everyone
i need some suggestions if anyone can help on this
i did M.B.A IN HUMAN RESOURCES 2 YRS BACK, but i have overseas study so carrying just M.B.A with not much experience wont do much here in australia to get me job, so i thought of first studying a course followed by some vlunteer work, but when i searched i couldn't really found a way, options are mostly the degrees which are quite expensive.If any one can advise me on wat should i do or which study course should i do...
