Thai restaurants

My wife had a job in a That restaurant as a kitchen hand,
She didn't get paid for 2 weeks and eventually had a bank deposit made.
Turned out she was getting paid $7 an hour. The award is $20.50 per hour.
They told her all employees were a big family blah blah blah.
She would not quit. Then they were skiting about there big house and there 2 new $150,000 cars.
Then I made her quit .
We put in a claim with fair work Australia and she got back paid $3000.
This seems to be a culture thing in Australia with thai restaurants and what makes it worse the government do nothing to stop it.
An internet search shows it going on all over Australia, migrants being ripped off.
Fair work au told me they would do nothing except pursue her claim.
This same restaurant is still employing thai immigrants and paying them $7 an hour.
Is there anywhere that will listen?
