Additional degrees in a Big 4 required?

Hi all. I just joined this forum and its great to see the amount of information. I am planning to migrate to australia by mid next year.
I am an Indian CA with 3 years of audit experience with the Big 4. I would like to know the chances of getting a job in the Big 4's in Sydney and which one is the best in the financial services (banking) sector for external audit. Is there any additional qualification required which i must pursue to enhance my chances of getting a job in external audit of financial services sector?
Also, I would like to know which is the recruitment season in the Big 4's?
Thanks a lot for your help.
