job as an civil/structural engineer, what do I need?

Hi

I am an civil/structural engineer (already 10 years in the business) with a German Passport and I would be interested to come to Australian and to work there.

What is the right procedure? Which visa do I need? How much does it cost? and how fast could I get it?

Best Regards

Lolorek
