    Hi Becky,

    I have read your posts in the thread "Medicare and when you can apply". My wife has recently applied for 309 visa and is currently in Australia. It will take between 11-14 months for a decision on her application. She is currently pregnant and no health insurance company covers maternity for people on visitors visa. I have not been able to find a post clearly about whether the people who are waiting for 309 visa can enrol in Medicare or not. Do you have any idea about this?

    Hi Becky, just wanted to ask as you have sent in your 100 visa. Can I submit my online first stage application before the 2 year date which is on the 1st of November? or do I have to wait for that date? Regards

    DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA THAT WHETHER WE CAN UPDATE OUR PASSPORT DETRAILS(that is adding spouse name and new adrress) before being asked for PCC or appointment of case officer...we have filed under 309 ..in april 2014..still hvnt heard anything...nearly 11 months now..m worried that pasport re i ssue will take further time..so can i get it done now
