I got BC100 visa on feb 2012, then i was in india, i moved from austalia on Nov 2011, did not visited Australia after nov 2011, now my husband told me that he can banned my entry to Australia means i cannot come across airport without his permission, he will cancel my bc100, and withdraw his sponsorship.
I have a daughter from this relation, he told me that he will take full custody of my daughter and i will not be see my daughter afterward.he kept my passport with him, my question is
1. As i didn't came to Australia on bc100,he can withdraw his sponsorship, and govenment will banned my entry to australia
2. if he withdraw sponsership, will my visa will be cancelled,
3 As i told you i did not visited australia after nov 2011 and timeframe for visa candition is feb 2013, if he withdraw his sponsership before i visit australia i will not come accross airport means my entry will be banned
Thanks in advance..it will be great help for me
Thx for the update go tham, there are usually 1 Vn CO who is responsible to contact visa applicant, and 1 senior Aussie CO who makes final decision. I also received the email require to supplement the original Au police check (by mistake I lodged upfront the copy one). I did ask them in regard to whether I can go oversea during the visa processing, the answer is yes and I just need to notify the CO in charge. Kinda weird, is it? maybe coz of different CO? anyway, keep updating with ya if anyway. Cheers
Just an update, my son's fiance received a phone call from the consulate, did not identify herself as the CO but asked specific questions about the country wedding ( who was there and what date, if parents were involved). She was fairly upbeat and supportive but told her the standard answer, that she would have a decision within 8 months. At the same time she suggested that she not travel.....so of course, we are hopeful as you must be as well. Tam biet
Thank you. It will be nice to have someone to share the wait. She is a lovely young woman, inside and outside and we miss her very much while we wait for the visa. Wedding is set for september, so we have all our fingers crossed. Will keep you posted as to progress.
Cheers as well
My son and his fiance lodged their application a few days after yours. Just wondered if you would be interested in chatting as we go through this process, as we are all in the same boat, same consulate. If nothing else we can share news Thanks
Thams prospective mother in law, Judeth

Posted On: 08-29-2012, 02:38 PMI know that In the US the applicant immediately gets a visa that allows him/her to rejoin their partner in the States while the partner visa is processed. That makes sense, doesn't it? No such luck...Liked On: 08-29-2012, 10:01 AM
