    Hi Kangeroo,
I am wondering if you can help us?
Did you manage to get a NADRA marriage certificate in Pakistan.
We have been trying to get that for over 13 months and we are puzzled. The Union Council Secretary is refusing to give us a NADRA marriage certificate because I am a foreigner.
Did you have any trouble like this?
If you received your NADRA marriage certificate, how did you get it?

    Kind regards

Sorry I missed your visitor message from yesterday Kangeroo. I don't know all the nooks and crannies here yet.
I think it is great we can communicate here in private, or on the public forum.
We don't get any communication from DIBP that's for sure.
I just don't know/can't work out how DIBP think/process visas. I saw one lady had lodged a visa application from Karachi and that was processed in less than 3 months. How can we work it out?
