can you please provide me an answer on TRA skills assessment and qualification gained via RPL , i am badly stuck
Dear Maggie,We received the 489 from SA, my wife is the primary.
I work for a IT Company in Sri Lanka and one of our customers is in Tatura and I was in Aus (Living in Shepparton and Working in Tatura) from Dec to Feb on a 400.
The above mentioned customer has extended the contract and for another 3 months, I'm required (on 489) to provide consulting to the customer but I will be still employed by The Lankan Company.
Living: Shepparton 3630
Work: Tatura 3616
Once the assignment is completed I’ll head back to Lanka and before heading to SA with my family where we will live with my sister-in-law for a few weeks before renting a home, buy a car…etc.
On the "Incoming Passenger Card", which option – “B - Visitor or Temporary entrant” ??
I’m entering through VIC, where should I give as the resident address?? (Shepparton or my Sister-in-Law's address in SA until we rent a house in SA)
Get a TFN now?
Greetings for the day!
I had applied for my 189 Visa on 18th March 2016 and have not heard anything from the CO, only Assessment in Progress.
I got my ACS on 2nd September 2015, and EOI on 21st January 2016 in ICT 261111 Category.I scored in total 65 points and have applied the visa with my spouse and 4 year old child.
It's going to be 9 months on 18th December 2016 and I want to know how long should I wait.
Can anybody guide me.
I worked in a company from Oct 2005 to Aug 2006 (10 months) on a temporary assignment and Sep 2006 to May 2008 (1 yr 8 months months) as a permanent employee with company sponsored visa. The company didn’t mention the temporary experience (10 months) on the reference letter.
1. Can I add this 10 months of experience as not related to the nominated position on the visa application?
2. Is it ok to add with the same employer one experience as related and other as not related or will it be confusing to the case officer?
3. I’ve read on the forums providing new info (employment details) on visa application which was not mentioned on the EOI will be subjected to rejection of the application.
Thank you !
Please i need your advice. I submitted my EOI early this month choosing Queensland as my destination for 489 subclass visa. My occupation is Maintenance planner . I am yet to get an invite from them. I would like to know how long it takes for them to review my EOI and send invitation to apply for the state nomination?
How r u?? I have some questions, if you could help me.
I got invitation and I am going to apply for 489. Could u plz tell me about the employment verification process. Will they verify it by email, phone call or any thing else
