I had read your reply
I got BC100 visa on feb 2012, then i was in india, i moved from austalia on Nov 2011, did not visited Australia after nov 2011, now my husband told me that he can banned my entry to Australia means i cannot come across airport without his permission, he will cancel my bc100, and withdraw his sponsorship.
I have a daughter from this relation, he told me that he will take full custody of my daughter and i will not be see my daughter afterward.he kept my passport with him, my question is
1. As i didn't came to Australia on bc100,he can withdraw his sponsorship, and govenment will banned my entry to australia
2. if he withdraw sponsership, will my visa will be cancelled,
3 As i told you i did not visited australia after nov 2011 and timeframe for visa candition is feb 2013, if he withdraw his sponsership before i visit australia i will not come accross airport means my entry will be banned
Thanks in advance..it will be great help for me -
