Basically I applied for 189 and 190 on skillselect but if you go for 190 you also need to apply for state sponsorship separately
I had my skill assessment done last year for 263111, it took almost 3 months
Include as many documentation you have, all your study certificates (translated if not in English), reference letters, I also included my Microsoft Certification transcript
ACS didn't count the first two years of occupation (abroad) after my degree so from 4 years I could claim only 2, hence no points for the visa

more than watch your CV, read carefully the description of the occupation and the tasks included, you can find it on the ACS site, try to adjust your CV accordingly to highlight the relevant skills, tasks and certifications achieved

    any specific question?
