    Hi Dorota,

I was wondering if you knew what has happened to Migration Regulations r.1.15A(5).

I think it stated that partner visa applicants needed to show, as a minimum, that they had lived with their sponsors for the six months immediately prior to the lodging of the application. I have trawled all the legislation websites but have not been able to locate it or find out the cause of its disappearance. Perhaps it has been repealed?

If you have time, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

    Many thanks,

    ozmikal
