Doc movong to Perth area from he USA

Hello to my fellow travelers and world movers!
I am an A&E Doc moving to the Perth area to work for 2 years. Looking forward to the change in Health systems, teaching and life in general.

The neighborhood/suburb areas are plentiful, so somewhat difficult to get a good grasp on moderate housing cost ($400-700/week) in areas.
Will be working 20km south of Perth, so looking for something in the south Perth/Vic Park areas +/- a few Km. Prefer near a transit way or bike (working in Armadale)
Any and all suggestions welcome!

Really looking forward to this event.
Night!
