Hey Everyone

I'm new to the forum and feel very overwhelmed with the potential process of planning to migrate to Australia (hopefully permanently).

I look forward to great and friendly advice from those down under, as well as learn as much as possible about living in Australia from various experiences.

Thanks!
Nicole

Welcome Nicole! I have applied for a partner visa (offshore). What have you applied for?

Hi,

Thank you for the warm welcome.
I have yet to apply for any visas.

The thing is, I want to travel with my small family unit (mom and 2 younger bros), but all the visas I've seen either allows some of us, one of us, but not all.

I guess just learning about the visas and their individual requirements makes it overwhelming. I know nothing about traveling, visas, or immigration, as I've never traveled out of the US either on my own or with family. Minus the vacation I had in Jamaica when I was extremely young.

I know a few people in Australia, but not enough for some kind of "partner" type of visa, well not yet anyways.

Thanks!
