Smile CENOMAR or Advisory on Marriages

Hello everyone! Newbie here. I just received a request for More information from the Australian embassy Manila. I am a little perplexed by the request....I had stated my marital status (that I was married, and has been separated for more than 10 yrs) I have provided a marriage certificate. I am not clear on what basis, or what purpose the embassy do not accept that information. That aside, the request of my CO have made lacks clarity and I would like further information so I can comply without being subjected to a confusing erroneous goose chase. Internet blogs indicate there is some confusion about Advisory on Marriages. Having read the request letter and looked at the E-census website there's no available option for Advisory On Marriage it's just CENOMAR. Which one is applicable?

Does anyone experience things like this ? Because the CO was clearly stated in my request to go ONLINE for CENOMAR or Advisory on Marriage. I don't need CENOMAR that's why a bit confusing....

*** Cenomar will not apply for you because you have been married. Has it been annulled? If you have then provide them the necessary document that your previous marriage has been nullified. There is no harm in replying to your CO and asking more information if you are confused with what they are asking. just get back to him and ask. After all they are there to help and not deceive you. Good luck.
