Smile G'day again

Hello,
I've been out of Australia for about 8 years. I grew up in Australia, lived there for over 20 years. Last 8 years running a business in Poland. I have 2 kids who are Australian citizens ( by descent) and now myself and my wife are considering moving to Australia. We shall be applying for the 309/100 visa and I just decided to learn few things about the process, which I must admitt does seem a bit confusing and a bit nerve wrecking as well. I hope to obtain some helpfull info from fellow members and in due course hopefully be able to help others as well.
Max
