IELTS for ENS subclass 186

Hello Seniors

Please help me, I am working with 457 very soon going to apply ENS subclass 186 current employer wish to sponsor me.

In order apply permanent residence, what is the IELTS score I have to get?
I should take academic or general training?
How many years validity for the result?
