Hairdresser trying to get from a 457 to a 186

Hi everyone just wondering are there any other hairdressers who had to do a skills assessment? The form alone is scary and the amount of evidence to provide has me pulling my hair out!!
I'm only preparing my visa application at this stage and have slowly been filling out form 80 (another nightmare) Judging by previous threads I have read here some people seem to have no problem with this form and others find it nearly impossible, I'm definitely in the latter group and am starting to feel very overwhelmed.
Any help or advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated
