Skill Assesment ACS or EA

Hi all,

I want to apply for Skilled Independent (189) Visa. As part of it i have to apply for skill assesment.

Please see my details below

Age: 25 Years
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Work Experience: 18 Months as Software Engineer in India + 42 Months as Software Engineer in Australia (Overall 5 Years as Software Engineer)
PTE Academic: S-90, L-79, R-71, W-77 (equivalent to 7.5 each in IELTS)

Now i want to apply for skill assessment, should i go for ACS or EA.

Please note that i did my B.Tech (3 Years) as a lateral Entry (direct entry into second Year) as i also did Diploma in Electrical Engineering before doing B.Tech. Hence i had only 2 or 3 ICT subjects related to computing in my B.Tech.

Can anyone please advice me about whether I should apply for EA or ACS which can get me the best positive outcome.

Thanks in Advance
